Hyundai Repair: 93 scoupe turboi, scoupe, performance tools

I have a '93 S coupe, I have notice that when I step on the accelerator (transmission same/ or shifted low)  for overtaking, the car sometimes lost its power(slowing its speed) and needs a few seconds to gain power (sudden increase of speed) and shaking is noticeable. Is there any way I could find the trouble. A friend told me the problem might be due to the turbo.

problem might be the turbo. But it might be something else. This condition may be caused by a lot of different things. Like; Clogged fuel filter, faulty fuel pump, faulty ignition coil, worn out spark plugs, e.t.c. It is not easy to diagnose a problem like that without performance tools. I reccommend you to take it to a proffesional.
