Hyundai Repair: Lantra Rocker Cover, hyundai lantra, plug wires

How do i remove the rocker cover on a 1995 Hyundai Lantra 1.8l Engine, i have removed all the bolts but it still seems tight i dont want to force it. The reason for removal is to fix an oil leak

Hello Ian,
You should remove the upper timing belt cover first. Then remove the spark plug cover and spark plug wires.It has bolts around the cover as well as inside the spark plug area. Once you are sure that you removed all the bolts try to pry it gently. If you pry  too much you may damage the cover.
