Hyundai Repair: sonata radio code, hyundai sonata gls, hyundai sonata

I bought a 1995 Hyundai sonata gls in Ontario Canada but the radio does not work first when i turned it on all i saw was the word code on the display. Now all i see are the numbers 12345 what does this mean can you give me the code or tell me what to do i don't want to buy a new radio

I can give you your radio code, but I'll need some information from you first.  Turn your radio off, hold in the 4 button, and turn it on while still holding in the 4 button.  I'll need to know the pattern of dashes present.  The potential array is 3 x 3 with a possibility if a 1 in front of the dash array.  If all were lit, it would look something like this:
