Hyundai Repair: ground wire, fuse box, light clock

i have a 2000 elantra gls and i don't have power to my interior electronics such as overhead light clock in cluster and stereo. and i replaced the fuse. what else could it be

All the items you mention are controlled by the B/ALARM fuse in the underhood fuse box.  Since I don't know which fuse you've replaced, check in the underhood fuse box to be sure the yellow power bar is pushed down and that the B/ALARM fuse has not blown.
