Hyundai Repair: location of fuel filter in 2004 hyundai santa fe, hyundai santa fe, access panel

i know it's in the fuel tank but could you tell me the easiest way to the access panel? what needs to be removed?

Answer
You'll need to remove the left rear seat (four 14mm bolts).  I think you'll need to finish cutting through the tabs on the carpet to be able to lift up the carpet.  Then remove the access cover.  You can then remove the fuel pump from the top of the tank.
