COULD YOU PLEASE INFORM ME ON RECOMMENDED IDLE SPEED ON MY 2001 XG300.

Idle speeds often vary depending on the emissions package.  The preferred warm idle should be on the emissions label on the underside of your hood.

Do not attempt to adjust your idle, however.  The idle speed is controlled by your car's computer.  Attempting to adjust it may cause the electronic throttle system to fail to operate properly.
