That's okay.  I just responded and asked for that information without reading this.

There doesn't seem to be anything additional on the circuit.  I'd primarily suspect the headlamp relay.  That's about the only thing in the circuit that should heat up.  But it's possible it could be anywhere in the circuit.  Ordinarily, I'd refer you to www.hmaservice.com to see the schematic, but their schematics don't go back that far.
