Where would be the safest hydraulics jack points be and also for the jack stands on a hyundai accent 2001 hatchback.

If you're raising the front of the vehicle, the strongest and best place is probably the subframe (the roughly rectangular black tubular frame around the engine and transmission).  It fits hydraulic jacks and jack stands reasonably well.

It's also safe to lift by the pinch weld along the side of the car between the two wheels.  Ideally, you'll have the jack or jack stands as close to the wheel being lifted as practical.
