how do i remove the center cover on my 1993 hyundai excel? to remove the radio.

If I recall correctly, there are two phillps screws behind the ashtray and two more behind the outermost switch blanking panels.  Once you remove the screws, the panel should pull out.  I don't recall whether the radio attaches to the panel or to the dash itself.
