Hi, Ashley.  The easiest place to tap into a speed pulse signal is the OBD-II connector under the dash.  

This is an odd question for a layperson to ask, so I'm a little concerned about whether I'm providing the answer you really want.  If I'm off base, or you want something more in depth, it may help if you tell my what the purpose of locating the speed signal would be.
