Hyundai Repair: 2001 hyundai gx 300, range switch, transmission filter

Where do I locate the trnsmission filter.  Cannot find

Answer
The transmission filter looks like an oil filter and screws onto the top of the transmission.  It'll be to the left of the range switch and almost directly under the radiator hoses.  If there isn't one there, you don't have a serviceable transmission filter.  Hyundai deleted this filter early in the 2001 model year production run.
