Year/Make/Model - 2000 Hyundai Elantra GLS

as the subject question suggests, i'm wanting to replace the pvc valve that's in my car now with a new one. what would i need tool wise, what's the procedure to replace it, and where can i find the pvc valve from the mechanics point of view?

The valve is in the valve cover, usually on the drivers side toward the firewall side of the engine pointing toward the intake manifold. The only tool required would be a pair of pliers to remove the hose and a 14mm wrench.
