Hyundai Repair: Harmonic Balance, harmonic balance, harmonic balancer

Question
I have a 1989 Hyundai Sanotoa 2.4 cl
I know i need Moter Mounts , can bad Moter mounts
     affect the Harmonic Balance? I replaced the Left mount only. can that effect the Harmonic Balance? The Harmonic Balance is moving in and out and it's on a slant when it turns and it's rubbing aganst the  timing belt cover plate.and grinding aganst the engine side making a grove and loud nose.I stop driving it.

there is no harmonic balancer on that model , the pull is right on the lower gear ,but the gear an pulley can go bad an what it sounds like is the bolt might may have come out so check it real close an see what's what with that before you lose the whole gear an pulley,but no to answer you the mount can't make that happen.
