Hyundai Repair: speedometer / fuel gauge, speedometer, elantra

My speedometer on my 96' elantra doesnt work anymore, got an idea why?

My fuel gauge is stuck on empty even if I got the tank filled. got an idea?

it could be that they  aint making good ground..or the speedometer is worn out some how. have these things check out and don't let who ever check it out- don't let them over charge you. Some people will do that.
