Isuzu Repair: abs lights and noise, isuzu rodeo, 1999 isuzu rodeo

my wife came home from work today in our 1999 isuzu rodeo the abs light was on ,and there was a strange buzzing sound coming from the back left hand side of the engine compartment.What gives?

Answer
The buzz was probably the ABS motor running, and the light was on because of the malfunction.
I would take it to the dealer if the light stays on. The ABS system will turn off when the light is on but the regular brakes will continue to function without ABS.
