BOYS 18 NEEDS RIDE. TROUBLE SHOOTING JEEP. CANT GET FUEL TO FUEL RAIL. DONT WANT TO DROP TANK. CHECKED RELEY. GOT A WIRE HARNESS HANGING NEXT TO PC BOX. WHERE DOES THE PUMP WIRES TIE INTO THE ENG. COMPART?

U will need a wire diagram if U want that  Can u hear the pump kick in or not when u turn the key?   Also try having some on turh the key on and off and use a hammer to hit the gas tank see it will wake up the pump  if it does then u know u have a pump issue.
