Jeep Repair: liftgate trim, flat blade, wiper motor

How do I remove the liftgate trim on a 2001 Cherokee. I need to replace the rear wiper motor.

REMOVAL - LIFTGATE TRIM PANEL
Using a small flat blade, pry out the trim plugs from the liftgate assist handle.
Remove the screws attaching the assist handle to the liftgate (Liftgate Trim Panel).
Remove the screws that attach the liftgate trim panel to the liftgate.
Using a trim panel removal tool, detach the push-in fasteners from the liftgate.
Remove the trim panel from the liftgate.
