Jeep Repair: Jeep 2004 misfiring, door locks, rocker arm

My 2004 Jeep was misfiring in cylinder #1 and #3.  A rocker arm was replaced and 2 coils were replaced.  A week later, Cylinder #1 again is misfiring along with cylinder #8.  I recently had an electrical problem in the driver's door.  Could these electrical wires be causing this misfire problem?

U more then likely overheated the engine or sludge is in the engine.  So a rocker arm will fall off if one of the 2 happens.  Replace the heads.   A door wire repair for the lights staying on and door locks and windows will have nothing to do with this issue
