Jeep Repair: 1998 Jeep Classic, milege, classic question

QUESTION: the instruments on the panel are not registering the milege and the fuel, and the seat belt warning comes on and stays on goes off and comes back on.

what are u asking?
I gave u a possible cause of what your issue is  I can not test it over the internet  and u yourself cant either  a person with a scanner and can turn on each part of the cluster will need to make that call if it is in fact the cluster that is defective.
