Jeep Repair: Heater Issues, safety issue, chrysler

I too have heater issues and am having the mode doors replaced.  If this is a common repair is there a way to report this to the manufacturer's in order to keep this from happening?

if who ever installs the correct parts  u wont have any other issue after that. Dealer parts only. There is no point in trying to make a fuss about it with Chrysler  its a known issue and its not a safety issue. Besides they dont repair it  the dealers do the repairs.
