Jeep Repair: Oxygen Sensor, pb blaster, rust remover

Question
I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler 2.4 and I been trying to change the oxygen sensor but I can't seem to break it loose would you know a way of getting it out my jeep is still running rough and I just tuned it.

spray some rust remover on it for a little while.

and this is a prime example why I turned off the rating system I got a 1 for knowledge  if u cant brake it loose that means its rusted on there  so either u get some thing to loosen it up  like rust remover  pr  PB blaster  and let it soak   or  I guess u need to get some bigger balls and brake it loose.
