Jeep Repair: Sparg Plugs, jeep grand cherokee, coil pack
QuestionHello,
I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 Laredo and need to change the plugs but I could not find them and some one pointed at a box which I think is called Coil Pack. Now I'm stock to take out the Coil Pack. I took out 3 bolts but still too tight. Is there any other bolts some where? Also, I was advised to adjust the gap and torque but I'm not sure what they're talking about. Would help me with this please?
Thank you,
Sam
Answeru missed a bolt take a look at the front one near the belts see where the 2 there are the same is for the one set in the back. as for the gap of the plugs make sure u have champion or NGK and the gap is the distance of the tang and electrode of the plug. there is a sticker on the jeep that says gap is .40 or something like that. Get a gaper .99 at most stores and make sure all the plugs u get are gapped correctly.
