Jeep Repair: 1999 Jeep electrical, fuse, jeep

Hey Kevin . Could the problem with having to reset . the #15 50Amp fuse and the window and a/c compressor inop be something as simple as a BCM?

rest a fuse  how do U do that??? I dont think we are on the same page as to what the issue is  and what the jeep is doing. Unless u can give me some better info  I wont be able to help with much  and with out seeing the jeep as well its real hard to tel u whats going on over the internet.
