Jeep Repair: Braking noise, jeep wrangler, pedal car

Hi Kevin- hope you can help.  After I come to a complete stop, I am feeling a grinding through the brake pedal.  Car is in neutral and it happens just as I reach a complete stop.  Could this be the (anti-lock) brakes?  I don't hear or feel anything unusual during braking.  Car is a '97 Jeep Wrangler, 4 cylinder, 2.6 L engine with 94K miles on it.

if the jeep is not in motion then it would be nothing to do with the brake system or any moving parts while in motion. The abs is only active when U are driving not stopped.  Locating a noise like that might be kinda hard over the internet  but  try this  when u are at a atop press on the clutch  see if it changes then.
