Jeep Repair: 2001 Jeep AC and Heating problem, jeep sport, cold temperature

Question
I have a 2001 Jeep Sport 4cyl. One morning the heat and AC just stopped working completely. For heat I tried turning the knob and there is nothing, no sounds or anything. At first when i tried the AC it would make a quick clicking noise comeing from inside the dash somewhere but now it doesn't. I'm from mass so i'm not sure if this has anything to do with the cold temperature here or not. Please let me know if you can help. Thank you.

the blower motor does not work??    go to the blower motor connector under the dash and see if u have power  there with key on  then when u  turn on the switch  u should have ground  if u dont t hen u more then likely have an issue with the ac control head.
