Jeep Repair: 2005 Jeep GC occasionally Wont Start, fuse boxes, black boxes

I have exactly the same problem with failure to start as  the question of 10/5/07. I tried to find the fuse called IOD in your answer but was unable to locate it in either of the two fuse boxes under the hood. Can you give me some further help on this? I'm at my wits end with this intermittent problem. I have an appointment with the dealer to get this thing fixed, but the Jeep is in my garage right now and will not start.

Look under the hood  driver side. 2 black boxes with coves  the smaller one  open it up. To the left or if u are in front of it  toward u there will be a yellow looking holder with 2 fuses thats the air bag one  to the left of it a black one with 2 fuses  pull both up  but not taking them out for 30 seconds then plug it back in.
