Jeep Repair: 1996 jeep cherokee, jeep cherokee, radiator fan

Question
The radiator electric fan is not working.  Where is the location of the radiator fan relay switch.  This is a 4.0 engine with auto trans.  How do I access the switch.  Thanks very much.

there is no switch for the relay.
Check  the fuse for the fans  if good then jump the relay inside the fuse box. see if u get power at the fan connector  f all of that is good  see about applying 12 volts to the fan see if it moves.If u live in the Atlanta are I would help u out with this
