Jeep Repair: Serpintine belt, jeep cherokee, jeep forum

I have a 1994 Jeep Cherokee with a 4.0 liter engine. I am trying to replace the sepentine belt and I cannot get the power steering pump to move so that will have some slack.  Please help!
