Jeep Repair: air conditioner leaking into passenger compartment, grand cherokees, jeep service

i have a large pool of water on the passenger floor board of my 98 grand cherokee. I think the hose to the evaporater is plugged, but i can't find it!
all i can find is the hose to the radiator recovery jug.

where is the a/c hose?  think this is the problem?

A common problem with Grand Cherokees.  The only way of draining it is to drill a hole in the plastic heater duct just in the right place, poke a wire through and unplug the drain hose.  Most Jeep service departments are familiar with the procedure and usually do it pretty reasonably.
