I have a ''73'' CJ 5 and would like to put power brakes on it. Is this possible and if so, what parts do I need and how do I install it

For starters, I don't do "how to" answers, that is what manuals are for.
If you have to ask how to convert your brakes to power, leave the job to someone that is very familiar with brake systems. There is a lot more to it than adding a booster.  You will need at a minimum, all the brake components from whatever year Jeep you have that currently has power brakes.
