Land Rover Repair: Frozen passenger door lock

My 2004 Range Rover HSR front Passenger door will not unlock. You cannot open the door from the inside or out side. Any ideas how to free this up with out damaging the door

I'm sorry to say there are some situations where it's hard to avoid damage.  There are four ways to try and move the latch
- With key
- With remote
- By repeatedly actuating the unlock solenoid with the LR test system
- By snagging and tugging the lock rods with a slim jim tool

If none of those work you may have to remove the rear door and cut the latch.
