Land Rover Repair: Land Rover Disco 3 - middle seat cable appears broken, middle seat, best of luck

Hi,

The cable appears to have broken so I can no longer fold down my middle seat.  Vehicle is 2007 LR Disco HSE 7 seater.  This relates to the middle seat.

How do I access the cable/mechanism to fix?
