AnswerYou probably have a problem with the servos that regulate temperature. That is a common issue in Range Rovers and happens sometimes in Discoveries. It's also possible the AC charge is weak, if the temp problem is only on maximum ac.
Servo replacement is a pretty big job, $1k+ So you want to have this properly diagnosed before putting parts on it
