Land Rover Repair: heated windshield, windshield replacement, new glass

only right side windshield heater working on disco,are they fused per side and a idea were this fuse is,thank-you

If one side is out there is probably corrosion in the glass, or in the joint at the base where the electrical connections are made.  I don't know if you can fix that without windshield replacement.  I don't know how you would get at the connections with the glass in the car.  Whenever we have fixed problems like that in the past new glass has been integral to the resolution
