Land Rover Repair: BECM, maryland thanks, engine controller

Question
I am having some minor/major issues likely related to my BECM on my 1999 Range Rover 4.6 HSE.  Mirrors won't tilt, left brake light wont go off, heater system not working properly.  How do I handle getting new/used/repaired/unlocked BECM if that is what is required.

I live in Maryland; thanks...

You need a shop with Autologic or T4 equipment to program the BECM and sync it to the engine controller so the vehicle will start.  I always use factory exchange BECMs which cost about $1700 but some people have had success sending them for repair.  I don't do that because of warranty concerns.
