Land Rover Repair: LR3 2005, coolant level, expansion tank

Question
I am located in Victoria islands in Africa/ recently there is flashin message COOLANT LEVEL IS LOW..on my 2005 LR3..what is implication? what is solution ?

Answer
The simple answer is that the coolant is low and you must fill the expansion tank to the proper level to avoid engine damage.  The larger problem is that if it's low there is probably a leak, and you should find and fix that before it becomes a bigger problem.  Be sure you use the right coolant - look in your owner's manual to see the local requirements
