Land Rover Repair: access to rear wiper 02 freelander, spare wheel, braket

blade on rear wiper only travels about 2 inches, have removed spare wheel but cannot see how to get to the "workings".
do i remove the spare wheel braket or is acess through rear door trim ?

You take off the trim on the inside of the door and remove the mechanism from inside.  Did you know that Land Rover has a website where you can access all the dealer service information for your car on a daily subscription basis?  It is www.landrovertechinfo.com  In the USA it costs less than $20 for a day's access which is a real bargain considering you can view every single piece of service info for your vehicle direct from the source.

Best of luck to you with this project - it's not too hard and you can deal with the wiper with ordinary hand tools.
