Land Rover Repair: mass airflow sensor, mass air meter, mass airflow sensor

i have a check engine light on and the code says its a mass airflow sensor, Do i need to repair this immediately ???

Answer
A failing mass air meter will not damage the engine.  But you'll have to fix it to make the check engine light stay out.
