Land Rover Repair: Land Rover Discovery AC died, land rover discovery, 2003 land rover discovery

I have a 2003 Land Rover Discovery and the ac/heat area is dead.  It won't turn on and I have checked the fuses under the hood they are fine.

Any suggestions?

It sounds like the panel may have failed.  In a shop like ours we'd just swap it out and see, but if you don't have a new one to try you will have to pull it and check powers etc to make a decision.  You can buy access to all the wiring diagrams and service info at www.landrovertechinfo.com the official site.
