Land Rover Repair: 2000 freelander clutch pedal, fly wheel, john robison

I just put in a new clutch and the pedal now doesn't travel far enough up to fully engage the transmission. did I miss something? Is there something I need to adjust or bleed? should I also change the fly wheel?

I'm not sure what to say except that something must have been assembled wrong.  I'd suggest you go on line to www.landrovertechinfo.com and buy a day's access. Look over the drawings and instructions and compare really carefully to what you did.  perhaps you will spot the mistake.
