Land Rover Repair: windows, keyless entry, message center

Question
If the message center reads windows not set but they are up on a 96 Range Rover will the keyless entry still work? How do I get the messages to stop appearing?

Keyless entry is unaffected by that message.

To set a window, raise it to the top, hold the switch down 2-3 seconds, release and re-press.  Lower it and do the same hold and re-press cycle.  You will hear a "beep" and it will say "window set" if all went right.  Do that for every window and the sunroof.
