HI john i owne a 06 range rover hse super charge and when i take off , or when i stop feels the shifing very hard what you think? maybe you can give an idea. thanks

The car has an adaptive transmission controller.  If you drive it agressively, it will shift hard.  If you feel it shifts hard and you drive gently, I suggest you take it to the dealer and seek their opinion after a test drive.  They will know what's normal and be able to tell how you stand relative to that.
