Land Rover Repair: Landrover Discovery, safety question, caliper

Since fitting rear wheel cyclinder to my landrover discovery, two lights have appeared on the dash. The first being the TC light and the second one shows a picture of a landrover going up hill.
Please would you advise me what to do and is it safe for me to drive.

It's impossible to answer the safety question from here, as your issue sounds like it may stem from workmanship on the first repair.  How can I know what was done wrong?  There's no way to tell without looking.

If the light appeared as a result of caliper replacement, that's my best answer.
