If you are asking about ignition timing, the computer does that.  There is nothing to adjust.  If you are asking for a diagram showing how to time the cams, go to www.landrovertechinfo.com and buy a day's access.

If you are contemplating changing cam belts I caution you that you can't do it without the $900 holding tools.  There's no other way I know of to set the cams
