Land Rover Repair: instument panel lights, landrover freelander, e bay

I have a 2002 LandRover Freelander and was wondering what the light is on the left that lights up that has a TC with a circle around it? Also where would you suggest I get a affordable owners manual for this vehicle?

TC is traction control.  You need to have it hooked up to a scanner to retrieve a fault code and diagnose the fault.  You can try E-Bay for a cheap owners manual.  There are also a lot of sites that sell reasonably priced owners manual.  Finally, you could try British Pacific or Atlantic British.
