Land Rover Repair: 1996 4.0 a/c blower, specialist tools, autologic

The check owners manual came on the temp control, the a/c fan when on high does not blow thru the vents, but sounds like its on high. I checked the relay and its very hot, switch relays and the same thing happens,also the temp outside was 99 degrees, but the temp screen said it was 58. Pls advise, thanks,  Cody

It sounds like there is some control problem with the system but ou really need specialist tools to diagnose it.  Look for a dealer or a shop with an autologic or t4 test system.  Anyone else is just guessing, which is likely to result in money wasted
