Land Rover Repair: range rover 2003, service reminder, service engine soon light

i have 2003 range rover 2003
i just had it serviced 2 weeks ago
but today the 'service engine soon' light came on its yellow

Answer
The light is not a service reminder. It's telling you that something has gone wrong.  There are hundreds of possibilities, most of which don't have anything to do with your recent service.  Have them check it out as sson as you can. There's no hazard to driving it unless the light is flashing, but it should not be ignored.
