Land Rover Repair: over heating, temp control, advice articles
QuestionI have a 2000 Discovery II and the temp control has been running in the red lately. I am wondering if there is a fuse for the auxiliary fan because it does not seem to be kicking on when the engine is running hot? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
AnswerFirst - if you have been driving with the needle in the red, there is a good chance you have done significant damage to your motor. Don't ever do that!
Second, there is a good article on diagnosis of overheating on my web site. Go to www.robisonservice.com > service > land rover > advice > articles
