Land Rover Repair: 97 RR Engine start, damp weather, range rover
QuestionDuring cold and damp weather my 97 Range Rover is hard to start and will only travel about 30 MPH for the first 1.5-2.0 miles. Once she starts to warm up the problem goes away.
