THE LAND ROVER DISCOVERY WILL IDLE BUT WONT REV UP .  HAVE HAD IT TESTED AND REPLACED 2 DIFFERENT SENSORS BUT THINGS REMAIN THE SAME WONT REV UP JUST IDLES GREAT  PLEASE HELP    THANKS STEVE JONES

As I told you, the first step is to connect your car to a Land Rover test system or an OBD II scan tool capable of displaying live data.  Start the car and observe the readings.  

You are going to need the help of a service tech who can interpret the readings.

There is no "replace this" answer for your problem
